Natural Resources Law
The resources of Hawaii are finite, and environmental laws exist to encourage stewardship for the land and to ensure that resources can be appreciated by future generations. The Natural Resources Law section of Imanaka Kudo & Fujimoto concentrates on state, federal and international laws that determine access to natural resources and monitor conservation in Hawaii. Our attorneys are expert guides who help our clients navigate the maze of rules and regulations that guide development and also safeguard the environment of Hawaii.

We represent the needs of corporations by advocating client rights as well as facilitating environmental planning. Our practice handles issues with hazardous waste contamination, water resources, land development and compliance with the Hawaii Environmental Response Law, the Hawaii Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Water Act and the Endangered Species Act.
