Wesley M. Fujimoto
Wesley M. Fujimoto is a founding principal of the law firm of Imanaka Kudo & Fujimoto; heading its Labor and Employment Law section. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he received his B.A., with honors, and a graduate from Georgetown University Law Center, where he received his J.D.

Prior to entering private practice, he was an Attorney-Advisor with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, in the Washington, D.C. and San Francisco offices. He represents local and mainland employers before courts and agencies, both federal and state, in the entire range of employment and labor law matters. These include employment discrimination and harassment, organizing and collective bargaining matters, workers' compensation, wrongful discharge and other state and federal court litigation, occupational safety and health, wage and hour unemployment insurance.

Mr. Fujimoto's practice consists of both litigation defense, and counseling and training. He has lectured and written extensively on current legal issues and prevention methods on topics ranging from employment discrimination, sexual harassment, unionization, workers' compensation and wrongful discharge.
